Ghost Crab Docks is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Foreman/Laborer, overseeing our exciting projects and ensuring top-notch quality in every endeavor.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors on the job site
– Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
– Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and adherence to building codes
– Monitor construction progress and provide regular updates to project managers
– Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets established standards
– Collaborate with project managers, to resolve any issues or concerns that arise during construction
– Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures
